Welcome! My name is Sabrina Heath. I’m the owner and founder of PlanWell Insurance Partners. I've been involved in the Medicare Community for the past 15 years. I’m a local licensed and certified Independent Insurance agent in the Cleveland, OH area and represent United Healthcare®, Anthem, Cigna, Devoted and Medical Mutual Medicare plans. I also partner with United American, Ameritas, GTL and Foresters to offer supplemental healthcare life insurance benefits. Now we’re available in Texas, Maryland, Georgia and Ohio for your insurance needs.
